Philippe Costeletos

Board Member

Philippe Costeletos is a distinguished leader with over three decades of experience in private investment, board governance, and international capital markets. He currently serves as Chairman of RIT Capital Partners Plc, where he chairs the Nominations Committee and serves on the Conflicts, Remuneration, and Valuation Committees.
He is the Founder of Stemar Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on building long-term investment platforms. In addition, Philippe chairs Clinica Tambre, Zeno Partners, and Mistral Fertility, and serves on the boards of AutoHellas, Colosseum Dental Group, VANGEST, Digital Care, and Generation Home.

His prior leadership roles include serving as Senior Advisor to the Blackstone Group, Chair of International at Colony Capital, and Partner and Head of Europe at TPG, where he was also a member of TPG’s Global Management and Investment Committees. Earlier in his career, he was a Member of the Management Committee at Investcorp and held senior leadership positions at JP Morgan Capital, JP Morgan’s Private Equity Group, and Morgan Stanley.

A strong advocate for education and international collaboration, Philippe is a member of the Yale University Council, the President’s Council on International Activities at Yale, and the Advisory Board of the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. He graduated magna cum laude with distinction in Mathematics from Yale University and earned an MBA with honors (Beta Gamma Sigma) from Columbia University.
