Reporting & Financial Planning Manager (m/f)

Role Position
Recruit a Reporting & Financial Planning Manager responsible for leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis processes, ensuring high-quality decision support to senior management. Strong expertise in data modelling, Power Pivot and Power BI is essential.

 

Professional Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Reporting or Controlling.
  • Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles.
  • Strong background in financial modelling and performance analysis.
  • Experience leading reporting transformation and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range planning processes.
  • Prepare and oversee monthly management reporting and board-level presentations.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and management reporting frameworks.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Primavera or similar).

Industrial Controller (m/f)

Role Position
Recruit an Industrial Controller with approximately 5 years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing or construction environment, with strong expertise in cost control, operational performance analysis and business support for strategic decision-making in sector using percentage of completion.

 

Professional Experience

  • Around 5 years of experience in industrial controlling.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments (continuous and, mostly, project-based production).
  • Strong background in industrial cost calculation and monitoring.
  • Experience with standard costing and variance analysis (materials, labour, overheads).
  • Inventory valuation and margin analysis by product/production line.
  • Participation in monthly closing and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly industrial reporting.
  • Monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs (efficiency, productivity, waste, OEE, etc.).
  • Budgeting and forecasting support.
  • CAPEX monitoring and follow-up.

Engineering Manager – Vangest Aerospace (m/f)

Role Position
The Engineering Manager will be responsible for industrialization, process optimization, and technical support for “Build to Print” machined aerospace parts. The role focuses on engineering leadership, manufacturing processes, quality, compliance, and customer-facing capabilities.

 

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in metalworking/ aerospace or precision components industries.
  • Good knowledge of aerospace materials and their mechanical properties (aluminum alloys, titanium, steel, composites).
  • Understanding of special processes (surface treatments, heat treatment, NDT, coatings) and preferably experience with them.
  • Familiarity with aerostructure components, GD&T, and engineering drawings/3D models.
  • Strong grasp of manufacturing engineering, DFM/DFA, and process optimization.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and PLM systems (CATIA, Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret and apply OEM/airframer specifications (Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, etc.).
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear instructions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience leading engineering process and industrialization activities.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., French, Spanish) can be an asset when dealing with international OEMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead industrialization / manufacturing process of new parts in close collaboration with Project Sales Engineer, Production, Quality and Supply Chain, including process mapping, tooling, special processes and assembly according to the customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical library covering all company materials, special processes, customer standards, industry norms, and manufacturing and assembly methods.
  • Review design specifications, special product requirements, and customer configurations, and develop technical manuals and Quality Plans aligned with aerospace standards, safety regulations, and certification requirements internally and with Customer Engineering.
  • Drive engineering activities related to long-term contracts and qualification processes.
  • Responsible for risk management and risk analysis of failure modes in manufacturing processes.
  • Support root-cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues (8D, FMEA, etc.,).
  • Stay current on aerospace technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing Engineering.

Project Sales Engineer - Vangest Aerospace (m/f)

Role Position
The Project Sales Engineer (Project Manager and sales) will lead cross-functional activities related to short-term production projects and long-term customer contracts at VANGEST Aerospace BU. This role ensures on-time delivery, budget compliance, and customer satisfaction.

 

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of technical project/program management experience in metalworking / aerospace manufacturing or precision industrial manufacturing.
  • Beyond technical project management, candidates should demonstrate proven sales and commercial management experience, numerical aptitude, and financial prudency.
  • Good understanding of machined components, CNC processes, and aerospace quality standards.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems).
  • Experience with CAD/CAM visualizing software and PLM systems (CATIA, Siemens NX, Mastercam, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of materials (aluminum alloys among others), machining processes, and cost drivers.
  • Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; Spanish and French fluency is an advantage.
