In July, VANGEST GROUP (“VANGEST”), completed the acquisitions of Micro Systems Ltd and Optimold Limited, UK’s leading specialist mould and injection moulding manufacturers. With more than 20 years of experience in high-precision mould making and injection moulding for the healthcare and medtech sectors, both companies bring substantial experience and advanced capabilities to the Group.
