PRR - Recovery & Resilience Plan

The Portuguese PRR is a national program with an implementation period until 2026 and will execute a set of reforms and investments that will allow the country to resume sustained economic growth. It will be financed by total resources of €16.6 billion, broken down into around €14 billion in grants and €2.7 billion in loans.
The Recovery and Resilience Plan has been organised into 20 components, which in turn comprise a total of 37 reforms and 83 investments. The twenty components and the respective reforms and investments are grouped in the RRP around three structuring dimensions: Resilience, the Climate Transition and the Digital Transition.

The Mobilising Agendas for Business Innovation, which include the so-called Green Agendas, aim to consolidate and expand synergies between the business landscape and the scientific and technological system in Portugal, helping to increase the competitiveness and resilience of the Portuguese economy, based on R&D, innovation and the diversification and specialisation of the production structure.
The amount allocated to this call for proposals is 930 million euros, of which 558 million euros for the Mobilising Agendas for Business Innovation and 372 million euros for the Green Agendas.
